Determine your budget, preferred location, and must-have features for your future home.
Explore Floor Plans
Research various layouts and find a design that fits your lifestyle and family needs.
Consultation
Meet with our team to review your chosen floor plans and customize them as needed.
Design Intent Agreement
Sign the agreement and submit a $2,500 non-refundable deposit, covering blueprint drafts and your initial site visit. This deposit goes toward your final purchase.
Detail Review
Finalize your floor plan, select materials and finishes, and discuss site prep and subcontractor needs.
Secure Your Order
Sign final paperwork and submit a 25% deposit to place your custom home into the production schedule.
Site Preparation
We begin sitework, including excavation, foundation, and utility setup.
Home Construction
Stratford Homes begins constructing the modules of your custom home off-site in their climate-controlled facility.
Delivery & Installation
Once completed, your home's modules are transported to your building site and installed on the foundation.
Final Touches
All subcontracted work is completed—your new home is ready for move-in!
